Fluffier and Softer Comforters
Geese have thick fluff or down that grow on the underside of their bodies. These keep them warm especially when swimming in cold water. That is why beddings made from goose down are a popular choice. Goose down comforters are incredibly insulating while still being lightweight and breathable.
Although there is a wide variety of down comforters being sold in the market today – from duck down and feathers to those made from synthetic materials – goose down remains the most luxurious. Good down grows thicker and in bigger clusters than duck down. Goose down also have virtually no smell at all and doesn’t have an unpleasant odor.
