When my pet dog died, I was really unable to think or do anything for days. I had my pet ever since I was in high school, and have spent practically everything with him. He has accompanied me when I moved to the city and dared to take on the world, and has kept me entertained whenever things did not go my way be it in my career or personal life. He was my best friend.

I have cremated my pet dog so I will always have him around the apartment even after his passing. When I come home from work I would usually light up unscented tea lights in the area table where I have kept his urn, together with flowers and his picture. It would take a long time before I am able to get over the loss of my pet, and paying him homage is one of the ways by which I remember him even when he is no longer around.
