One of the things I love about my husband’s job is that he gets to work from home. This way, we would have a particular day in the week aside from our weekends when we are able to see and spend time with each other. This is one of the things which my husband got enticed in when he accepted the offer from the company he now works for.

During his work from home day, I would usually take the extra effort to prepare a great lunch which both of us can enjoy. Aside from taking the time to cook, I also make it a point to prepare and set the table perfectly for an afternoon delight. Something as simple as a flower vase with a freshly cut bloom from my backyard garden is already a great enhancement to any simple lunch. This makes everything much more interesting for the both of us.
