hand blown glass art
Glassblowing is an art that involves putting a melted piece of glass at the end of a long pipe. The glassblower will blow through the pipe and make a bubble in the glass. He will then form it into whatever shape he wants by manipulating the glass with tools such as tongs and snips.
Very skilled craftsmen are able to create hand blown glass art by rotating the blow pipe or swinging it around to cool it off while the glass forms into a solid shape as they blow into the pipe at the right time. This way, the craftsmen could come up with a variety of objects such as drinking glasses, vases and even window glass.
