Cookware needs TLC too, not just cleaning and proper storage. This is more so with cast iron baking pans. While they are efficient and cook better, their service won’t be long if they are not cleaned properly. So how do you clean them?

First off, wipe the pans with paper towels after use. Wash them quickly without soaking with hot soapy water, then rinse. Dry thoroughly at once, and then wipe with a thin coating of fat or oil.
