champagne cooler
Champagne should never be exposed to excessive heat or direct sunlight. If you don’t have a wine cellar, store champagne in the horizontal position inside a cool dark room with consistent room temperature. Before serving it, place the bottle in a champagne cooler to ensure it is chilled properly.
Glass flutes are the most ideal vessels to use when serving champagne. These glasses allow optimal enjoyment of the wonderful bouquet of delicate bubbles rising from the glass. The flute’s narrow design contains the bubbles longer because it has a smaller surface area. Flutes must be scrupulously clean and clear before champagne is poured to do justice to the lovely color of the drink.
