deep fry pans
We can only achieve the superior quality of the meals we prepare by using the appropriate cookware. These are designed to serve certain purpose in cooking such as steaming or browning. Some foods are best cooked in deep fry pans. These enable the meat, poultry or fish to be fully submerged in oil without the splatter that could further cause some accident. They commonly produce evenly-browned and crispy dishes.
Deep fry pans should at least be 2 inches deep. For moisture to properly escape, some pans have nicely sloped shallow sides. They are traditionally made of cast iron though stainless steel and aluminum are currently the most popular. These are available in non-stick and plain coating. Usually, these pans are known for their tried and tested durability.
