Brinkmann charcoal smokers
Smoke food in restaurant quality. Everything will come off moist and tender using Brinkmann charcoal smokers. These smokers have a heat indicator and front hinged door. They convert easily to a charcoal grill with a separate base pan design for easy set-up.
Cleaning and storage of a Brinkmann charcoal smoker is easy. Let everything cool, lift out the charcoal pan, dump the ashes and brush it clean. Wipe the inside and outside of the main unit using a damp cloth. Rinse the steel racks and porcelain water pan with hot soapy water. Afterwards, coat them with a small amount of vegetable oil as a preservative.
