Both my husband and son are addicted to sweets. The sweets of choice for them are freshly baked choco chip cookies. Luckily for them, my wife’s sister cooks and sells cookies for a living. They would help her out by putting the cookie mixture on a cookie sheet. Then they would wait and hope for rejects which they will consume.

Most people want their cookies evenly baked. A cookie sheet is where you baked cookies. It’s a light flat metal pan approximately large enough to fit in an oven. Be careful not to grease the cookie sheet. Otherwise the cookie sheet will act as a fryer and burn the bottoms of your cookies.
