Recipes you can Cook in an Electric Skillet
What makes electric skillets by Precise Heat different? Many electric skillets are made of stainless steel but precise heat electric skillets heat quicker and more evenly because of a large electrical coil unit that circles the bottom of the surgical stainless steel skillet. The coil along with the surgical stainless steel construction makes it possible for the skillet to reach its cooking temperature faster than any normal electric skillet. Plus, the heat is so even that it will actually fry a chicken without having to add grease or cooking oil. This skillet is really two pans in one. The large dome cover can be used as an additional stovetop pan.
Precise heat electric skillets may be different from regular skillets but it will cook all food that you cook in a regular skillet. Cook your steak, bake an upside down cake or try a new stroganoff dish. I am almost sure that you will be using it very often to fry chicken. For starters, here is a simple potato recipe:
Creamy Skillet Potatoes
4 to 5 medium potatoes, peeled and cubed
1/3 cup onion, chopped
1 envelope ranch-style dressing mix (1 ounce)
1/3 cup sour cream
2 cups milk
1 teaspoon parsley
Precook potatoes in microwave or boil until slightly tender. Spray a large skillet with non-stick cooking spray. Over medium heat, brown onions and potatoes. Add remaining ingredients and simmer just until sauce thickens. Serves 4
