Chandeliers may be classified in different ways. We can classify them by the material of the foundation, such as wooden, brass or bronze metal and wrought iron chandelier. We can also categorize them according to the number of bulbs that it carries. There can be as little as three bulbs and as much as multiple dozens. The more bulbs, the more elegant illumination it provides.

Experts suggest that for a medium to large room, a chandelier should be able to provide 200 to 400 total wattage spread among the light bulbs. This means that it doesn’t matter if you have a chandelier with less number of bulbs. You just need to get them in higher wattage. You will probably need an electrician or one who understands the technicalities of lighting to be able to set up the perfect chandelier for your dining room.
